It’s been a while…

Well, I have fairly left you hanging a while now. Sorry about that, I’ve been busy working away on gigs, promotions and also my job!

Here’s what I haven’t let you know yet…
– The EP launch at Sunflower Bar was SOLD OUT! It was a fantastic night – everything I had hoped for and then some. Thank you all for coming out to the gig and being part of it. It’s really appreciated!
You can see the video of the event on my Youtube channel:

– The EPs are now for sale on Bandcamp.

– I’ve had some of the most amazing experiences these last few months. One of the most amazing was playing at the Atlantic Sessions this year. What an honour to share a bill with some of the top artists in N.I., like Farriers, Gareth Dunlop, HardChargers, Ciaran Lavery etc. etc. etc..
I had four gigs in total, some with the full band, some on my own, and every single one was so much fun!
I had such a brilliant weekend, and really felt like I was home from home. One of the highlights for me was playing a really special performance on the Sunday called the Sunday Brunch Session. This was an “In-the-round” performance, and I played songs alongside Junior Johnson, Andrew Farmer, J.P. from Amidships, Ciaran Lavery, Sara Swenson and Amanda St. John. Still can’t believe I shared a stage with that list!

– I also got to play a live session on Ralph McClean’s Local Voices show (which airs on Wednesday nights on Radio Ulster). I listen to this show every single week, and am so inspired by the talent and performances on the show from local artists. To play on the show, and also to have Ralph play tracks from my EPs is one of the most surreal and fantastic moments I’ve ever had. Thanks to Ralph 🙂

Plans for the future include recording the very popular track “Fable” for release as a single Springtime next year, so keep an eye and ear out for that.
